Every Lunelock order is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If your order arrives faulty or you're not satisfied, we'll replace it or refund you — no complicated hoops.

Tell us the issue (a photo or short description helps).
We arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

If a rod, scarf or scrunchie is defective on arrival, you don't need to ship it back for a refund in most cases — we resolve it directly.
